our petitions before the Lord. There are some requests listed below, along with
Scripture, but feel free to pray more specifically as the Lord leads.
Thursday, October 22 – Ask for peace and confidence
for Diane Porter and the Conference Planning team as preparations are finalized
Isaiah 26:3
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because
he trusts in You.
Friday, October 23 – Ask for protection for all
attendees and the staff as they travel to and around Windermere Conference
Center
Psalm 91:11-12
For He shall give
His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In their hands they
shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
Saturday, October 24 – Ask God to anoint Shellie Kelly,
conference speaker, and the worship team, Rochelle & Ashlee Wheeler,
Christina Pittman and Cindy Stumme, with His message
Isaiah 30:21
Whether you turn to
the right or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying “this is
the way; walk in it.”
Sunday, October 25 – Ask God to give each attendee
receptive hearts to hear what He has to say during the conference
James 1:5
If any of you lacks
wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault,
and it will be given to him.
Monday, October 26 – Ask for the saving grace of the
Lord Jesus Christ to touch every soul attending the conference
Romans 6:23
For the wages of
sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus or Lord.
Tuesday, October 27 – Ask God to give clarity to the Leadership
Selection Team and the ladies considering positions on the 2009-2011
PWOC-Central Region Board
2 Timothy 2:2
And the things that
you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who
will be able to teach others also.
Wednesday, October
28 – Ask that each woman would come away from the conference changed for God’s
glory
Ah, Sovereign LORD,
you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched
arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
